First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Kudos!

I'm not sure why but this web site is loading extremely slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a issue on my end? I'll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
